A campaign has clear limits
1. Add a project
Select the Telegram bot or channel you want to promote and complete the ownership or access check.
2. Configure the campaign
Set the result format, price, quantity, topics, and schedule. For OP, choose publisher bots, chats, or both.
3. Review performance
Track confirmed results and spending in general analytics and project details.
4. Change or stop it
Update an existing promotion or stop it; unused reserved funds return to the available balance.
Audience controls
Telegram Premium
The filter is available when EVIR receives status directly from Telegram. Client-supplied publisher API data is not accepted as proof for paid targeting.
Bots or chats
For verified-action campaigns, choose both publisher types or only one.
Publisher topic
Choose any of the available topics declared by project owners.
Country
Choose a country separately or keep broad reach and include recipients whose region is unknown.
Russian cities
Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, and Nizhny Novgorod. Selecting a city keeps Russia as the only country.
Regional signal
EVIR does not request coordinates or use IP geolocation. A city is considered only when one unambiguous marker appears in the Telegram-signed first name, last name, or username; otherwise it stays unknown.

What can I advertise with EVIR?
You can promote a Telegram bot or an open or private Telegram channel, subject to the relevant ownership and access checks.
When is the campaign charged?
EVIR charges after the event defined by the selected format. Reserving or selecting a card is not itself a paid result.
Can I stop a campaign?
Yes. Confirmed results remain accounted for, while the unused reserve becomes available again.
Which audience filters are available?
Country, language, Telegram-confirmed Premium status, publisher topic, and eight Russian cities: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, and Nizhny Novgorod. OP campaigns can also choose publisher bots, chats, or both. EVIR does not request coordinates or use IP geolocation; city matching is approximate and fails closed when the Telegram-signed profile has no single clear city marker.
