# EVIR

> EVIR is a Telegram platform for promoting bots and channels and monetizing connected bots and eligible group chats.

EVIR supports verified subscriptions and bot starts, authenticated link opens, and sponsored-card impressions. Advertisers can target country, language, Telegram-confirmed Premium status, publisher type, any available publisher-declared topics, and exactly eight Russian cities: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, and Nizhny Novgorod. A city filter requires Russia as the only country. EVIR does not request coordinates or use IP geolocation. City matching uses only one unambiguous marker in the Telegram-signed first name, last name, or username; unknown or conflicting evidence fails closed. The city estimate is transient and is not stored; direct managed bot or chat delivery recomputes it from the current signed Telegram update. Language, timezone, locale, and profile signals may estimate a country but do not prove residence; unknown remains unknown. For OP campaigns, advertisers can choose publisher bots, chats, or both. Premium targeting is unavailable on SDK inventory because publisher input is not Telegram-signed. The API returns complete cards from /next. Send the returned title, description, ctaLabel, and actionUrl through Telegram, then call /served after a successful send when requiresServedAck is true. For channel OP, call /qualify from the Check action when requiresQualification is true.

Owners can connect a bot in managed mode or through a server-side API. Group chats connect separately under Earn: the group needs at least 200 members, and @EvirBot needs permission to delete messages. When an eligible verified-action offer (OP) is available, the member's message is removed until completion; without one, the message is not blocked. Keep Telegram tokens, EVIR API keys, and webhook signing secrets on the server.
